On today's show
In today's show you'll learn three more irregular verbs in the present tense, all of which are formed in a very similar way. The verbs are pouvoir, savoir and vouloir. Like all the irregular verbs covered in the VERBcast they're important verbs and you really need to know them.

nous voulons - we want, ils peuvent - they can, elle veut - she wants, vous savez - you know

Well done everyone! I am impressed too by the fact that you were working so late on a Saturday evening!
Just a few comments:
Heather, remember that you use 'du/de la/de l') for playing an instrument, so it should be 'jouer du piano'.
Gavin, you wouldn't use 'savoir' in that sentence, it would be 'connaître'. Remember that 'savoir' is 'to know how to..', as in 'Tu sais nager?' Also remember that you don't use a preposition (like 'à') after modal verbs. The final point is that 'passer un examen' is 'to sit an exam'. Hope this helps.
Tamsin, it should be 'vous savez', and you need to say 'jouer de la flute'.
