We went on to learn about ordering food, in preparation for our visit to the Chinese restaurant tomorrow. Here are some useful phrases for ordering food and talking in a restaurant situation.

Ordering food

What would you like?
Nĭ yào shénme? 你要什么？

What dishes do you have?
Nĭmen yŏu shénme cài? d你们有什么菜？

I would like…
wŏ yào…… 我要……

I would like this dish
wŏ yào zhè ge cài 我要这个菜。

Anything else?
hái yào bié de ma? 还要别的吗？

I don’t want any more.
Bú yào le. 不要了。

Get the bill，
Măi dān. 买单。

How much?
Duō shăo qiăn? 多少钱？
