Anna

Hey all. I actually listened to this episode yesterday. I've been getting a bit mixed up because my ipod is a shuffle so I can't actually see if i'm listening to the right one. Firstly, I thought I was behind so I listened to two, then realised I was i front- oops! That's why I haven't written up answers on one of the episodes because the question didn't seem to match up with the episode! Ok here goes...

Tu parlais tous le temps.

Ils vendaient la nourriture.

Nous finissions nos devoirs.

Vivien

Très bien Anna, mais fais attention - touT le temps!

Andrea

Il parlait avec son professeur.
Je finissais mes devoirs.
Nous vendions des biscuits pour charité.

Mark

Good stuff, Andrea. I think I'd say "pour la charité", although "for charity" can't quite be translated literally. According to the dictionary I think you'd probably be better saying "nous vendions des biscuits pour une oeuvre charitable". It sounds a bit clumsy - there's probably a better way of saying this, and I know that this isn't what we're testing anyway!

gavin

je dormais jusque à midi aujourd'hui.
vous parliez pendant les maths.
ils finissaient ses devoirs.

Tamsin

Tu finissais votre chanson.
Elle vendait la voiture.
Je parlais français hier.

sorry its really late but i've got a bit behind because i've been really busy studying for the exams but, i'm trying to catch up 2day.

Vivien

Gavin, you need to say 'jusqu'à midi' and it would be 'leurs devoirs' (their homework).

Tamsin, no problem - happy to see that you are still with us! You would need to say 'ta chanson' if you are using 'tu'.

Scott Mcglynn

je parlais mes copain
il finissait mes devoir
tu vendais ma maison

Whitney
